Our core principle: Treat every player the way you want to be treated. Respect, sportsmanship, and good faith are the foundation of everything we build here.
1. Respect All Players
TrueNoorthLounge is home to players of all skill levels, backgrounds, and experiences. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive language directed at other players will result in immediate account suspension. This includes:
- Insults, personal attacks, or targeted mockery
- Discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic
- Threats of any kind
- Persistent unwanted contact after being told to stop
2. Play Fair
All players are expected to engage with games honestly. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using browser tools, scripts, or third-party software to manipulate game outcomes
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit sign-up bonuses
- Sharing accounts or coordinating plays in ways that exploit game mechanics
- Attempting to access or modify other players' account data
3. Use Your Real Identity Responsibly
Your username should not impersonate other players, public figures, or TrueNoorthLounge staff. Usernames that contain slurs, offensive terms, or misleading claims about your identity will be changed without notice.
4. Keep it Safe for All
Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, financial details) in community spaces. Do not pressure other players to share personal information. Be mindful that community features are visible to all registered players.
5. No Commercial Activity
Community channels are for gaming discussions, strategy sharing, and friendly interaction. Spam, advertising, solicitation, or promotional content from outside sources is not permitted.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you witness a guideline violation, please report it through the Contact page with as much detail as possible. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 48 hours.
Consequences for violations range from warnings and temporary restrictions to permanent account termination, depending on severity and history.
